Just a quick note to say how very impressed I am with Genesis BCS! During Hurricane Ike our building lost the roof and flooded terribly. We ended up with an inch of water in our office and had lost not only our phone system (the entire phone room fried) but numerous computers, our copier, our ceiling, and lots of furniture (just to name a few!). On Monday, September 15th I was working in an office with power and an inch of water on the floor ... not a good combination! I also had only a cell phone to work with and the cell signals that week were nonexistent at best.

I asked the company across the hall for a recommendation to purchase a new phone system and they told me to call Genesis. Much to my surprise, when I called you answered! Holt & Young, P.C. purchased a telephone system from Genesis Telecom in December 2006. The system worked great until Hurricane Ike damaged our office building, which required our firm to move its office to a temporary location.

Two days after Ike, we called Genesis Telecom to discuss reestablishing our phone service at the temporary location. They immediately contacted AT&T to discuss strategies for reconnecting our phone system on an expedited basis, and a Genesis tech was promptly dispatched to our temporary location to install equipment. When it became apparent that Ike damaged our voice mail software, the owner of Genesis called the manufacturer of our voice mail equipment to expedite the delivery of new software. The service provided to our firm by Genesis Telecom during the aftermath of Ike was remarkably fast and efficient.
